JBS has a motto: 1 job = 1 placement. We present you with qualified candidates and you decide who want to interview and add to your team. Once you decide to bring a candidate on to your team, they become a member of your organization. We stand by our work, so if you are not satisfied with a candidate, we will replace them at NO extra charge to you.
Retained Services: Project
Do you have a new project that you just won? Is your team rapidly growing? JBS offers a retained service for a set number of individuals. If you need a certain number of people for a project or expansion, we offer a cost-effective solution that allows you to scale as quickly as you need to. We offer retained service agreements up to 3 years.
